x402 Payments & Transactions

ChainIntel uses an x402 pay-per-request model. Paid wallet or token scans require an on-chain payment before results are returned. By initiating a paid scan, users agree to send the quoted payment to the ChainIntel treasury wallet on the relevant blockchain.

All x402 payments are processed on-chain and are final and non-refundable. ChainIntel does not issue refunds for completed transactions regardless of the analysis result.

ChainIntel is not responsible for failed or delayed transactions caused by network congestion, insufficient payment-token balance, wallet errors, RPC issues, or any other blockchain-level conditions. Users are responsible for ensuring they hold enough payment token and native gas token to cover transaction fees before initiating a scan.

The Daily Intel leaderboard is free and does not require a wallet connection or x402 payment.

Data Usage

ChainIntel does not store personal data on servers. Analysis history and wallet tracking are stored locally in the user's browser.

Wallet addresses used for payment are recorded publicly on the Solana blockchain as part of the on-chain transaction record. ChainIntel does not otherwise link wallet addresses to user identities.

No user accounts are required to use ChainIntel.

Limitation of Liability

ChainIntel is not responsible for losses, damages, missed opportunities, or other outcomes connected to use of the tool.

Use of ChainIntel, including any on-chain payments made to access scan results, is at the user's own risk.
